Standard Cleaning

Our standard cleaning is designed to help you maintain a clean and tidy home. This service is provided in the frequency that best suits your busy schedule, whether that is weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Typically, families with children sign up for reoccurring for bi-weekly services. 

A routine standard cleaning includes:

  • Dusting

  • Wiping down furniture surfaces and mirrors

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs

  • Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen, including taking out the trash

  • Tidying up the entire home

  • Sweeping and/or mopping floors

  • Wiping surfaces, including appliances and fixtures

  • Cleaning and disinfecting the bathrooms – bath, toilet, sinks, mirrors

deep Cleaning

Our deep cleaning is designed to go one step above a standard cleaning. Deep cleanings focus on removing the grime and dirt in those hard-to-reach places. We recommend a deep cleaning to clients who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned recently.

A deep cleaning includes all items listed under the standard cleaning PLUS:

  • Wet wiping baseboards

  • Cleaning the windows (interior), windowsills and ledges

  • Cleaning light fixtures 

  • Dusting and wiping down ceiling fans

  • Wiping down outside surfaces of the kitchen cabinets

  • Dusting and cleaning all blinds

  • Spot cleaning doors and walls (wall washing is a project on its own)

Move In/Out Cleaning

It’s no secret moving itself is stressful. A move in or out cleaning is also known as a vacancy cleaning. Move in/out cleanings is a top to bottom through cleaning of your home.

A move in/out cleaning includes all items listed under the standard & deep cleaning PLUS:

  • Clean the inside of the oven and refrigerator

  • Clean inside cabinets, drawers, and shelves

  • Clean air conditioner vents

Short-term / Vacation Rental Cleaning

For short-term vacation rentals, cleanliness is the number one requirement from customers. A clean rental will help you earn great reviews while providing an above standard hospitality experience for your guests. Let usdo the work and help you maintain a clean and tidy rental.

A short-term rental cleaning includes:

  • Changing linens

  • Wiping counters

  • Scrubbing bathrooms

  • Dusting

  • Cleaning floors

  • Restocking Essential Supplies (We can buy supplies for an additional service fee, so you don’t have to lift a finger)

  • Reporting maintenance issue to property manager/owner.

Post-Construction Cleaning

Post-construction cleaning refers to a thorough cleaning of every fixture and surface in the house to remove grime and dust residue after construction or renovation. This type of cleaning is done to make sure the house is move-in ready and typically takes 2–3 days to complete.
